What are the shipping costs?

Will you also come by for sales yourself?

If you purchase a minimum of 20 to 30 kg, we can also come with our own cooling van. This is not the case by default, please contact us.

What are the payment options?

You can pay with iDeal, Sofort, PayPal, Bancontact, Klarna, ApplePay and via bank transfer. When sold on location by our sales employee, you can pay by card or cash.

What types of products do you have?

We make various types of cheese and traditionally prepared fresh butter. We also sell Turkish delight, nuts, dried fruit and more.

When do I receive my order?

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the cargo companies. You can track your order via a track & trace link. The majority of orders to Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands are delivered within 48 hours.

How do you ship dairy products if they need to be kept refrigerated?

We ship in special EPS boxes with gel packs that are suitable for food transport. This is a sustainable solution that allows us to guarantee a low temperature during delivery. These boxes are reusable. We also ship with cool bags.

What does your fresh guarantee entail?

We guarantee the freshness of our products. If unexpected damage occurs upon receipt, we would like to hear from you by email or WhatsApp message within 24 hours, with photo or video. After assessment, you will be sent a new product or the productprice will be returned to you.

How long do your products have a shelf life?

Unopened, the cheeses can be kept at a maximum temperature of 6 degrees until the expiration date indicated on the packaging. Opened cheeses have a limited shelf life depending on temperature (fluctuations) and humidity. You can extend its shelf life by freezing it. We therefore recommend this.

Can I freeze my products?

Yes, you can freeze both our cheeses and butter.

Can I also come by to pick up my order?

If you order online, you will be given the option of parcel post or collection, here you can choose collection.

FAQ – Business customers

I want to purchase in bulk, is this possible?

Yes, we have different price and delivery conditions for business customers and wholesalers. Please contact us for this.

Can I sell your products in my supermarket?

Yes, if you want to purchase as a retailer, this is of course possible. We have different packaging especially for supermarkets.

Do you also deliver?

Based on the agreements made, it may be possible for your business order to be delivered by us. We have refrigerated vans that we can use

Do you do private labeling?

Yes, we do private labeling for various major brands. This could also be a solution for your brand. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
